Rev. Fr. Jobin Thomas, who currently serves as the Faith Formation Director for the Eparchy, will now assume the representative role on the aforementioned board. This board plays a vital role in developing and guiding educational and spiritual formation programs for Eastern Catholic Churches throughout North America.

The Syro-Malankara Catholic Eparchy's annual retreat took place from September 30 to October 4, 2024, at the serene Don Bosco Retreat Center nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Rockland. The retreat saw the participation of His Excellency Most Rev. Dr. Philipos Mar Stephanos and 19 priests, who were guided by Rev. Fr. Daey Kunnath.
The Eparchial Bishop, Most Rev. Dr. Philipos Mar Stephanos, attended the Plenary Assembly of the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops (CCCB) held from September 23rd to 27th, 2024, in Beaupré, Quebec.
